All order (except International orders) are shipped via UPS.  So long as the item is in stock it will be shipped within 3 days of ordering.  Should the item be out of stock it will take approximately two weeks to produce as each piece is hand crafted through several procedures.  Should the item need to be produced please allow three to four weeks for shipment.  All special orders will need to be produced, hence they will take three to four week for shipment.

International orders are shipped via FedEx and usually take approximately 2 weeks for delivery.

SHIPPING TIMES:  Many items are shipped the same day or the day after the order is placed.  Internatinl Shipments take longer.   Our normal ship time for most items outside the Holidays is 2 - 3 days after processing the order.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS:  When your order is place you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided stating when your order will be shipped.  Be sure your e-mail address is accurate.

All orders are insured.  ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE DELIVERY SIGNATURE.  aFTER 3 ATTEMPS FOR DELIVERY - ITEM WILL BE RETURNED AND ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COST WILL BE ENCURRED FOR RESHIPMENT.
