You may return any item (except Special Orders) within 30 days of receiving your purchase provided you notify us of your intentions to do so within 10 days of receiving your order.  All items must be in original condition and be returned in original packaging.  All returns must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.  To obtain a return authorization number, call our toll free number or e-mail us at cpoorman.bhgj.com.  Be sure to use the word "return" in the subject area of the e-mail.  Please put the "return authorization number" on the outside of the package.   Special Orders are non-refundable except for defect.  In case of defect the item will be exchanged for replacement only.
